The Role

• Ensure a remarkable shopping experience and high customer satisfaction.
• Support the efficient management of workflows and team training as a representative for the lead sales associate.
• Handle all tasks across the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Monitor incoming goods, display them on the sales floor, and check expiration dates.
• Replenish produce and baked goods, ensuring freshness.
• Perform cashier duties and assist with stockroom and cleaning tasks.

What You'll Need

• A strong drive to contribute to team success.
• Completed vocational training in retail, or relevant experience, or be a career changer.
• Friendly demeanor and enjoyment of customer interaction.
• Eagerness to work diligently and quickly.
• Flexibility, team spirit, organizational skills, and leadership potential.
• Good German language skills (B1 level minimum) for effective customer communication.
