The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location.
• Conduct a variety of services including maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage personal stock, complete reports, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Work independently, making informed decisions to resolve customer vehicle issues effectively.
• Represent the organisation with a high level of professionalism and customer service.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers.
