Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Data + AI Engineer with 10 years of relevant experience to design, develop, and implement modern data engineering and AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across data engineering, cloud platforms, AI/ML, and Generative AI, with the ability to build scalable data pipelines and AI-driven applications.

Real estate domain experience is highly preferred.

Required Technical Skills:

·        7–10 years of hands-on Data Engineering / AI Engineering experience.

·        Strong Python and SQL  programming skills.

·        Experience with ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data modeling, and data warehousing.

·        Strong experience with Spark/PySpark or equivalent distributed data-processing technologies.

·        Experience with modern cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

·        Experience with AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.

·        Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI application development.

·        Experience with REST APIs and integration of AI/data services.

·        Strong understanding of data architecture, scalability, performance, and data quality.

·        Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile development practices.

Preferred Skills:

·        Real estate / property / mortgage / commercial real estate domain experience.

·        Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar platforms.

·        Experience with Airflow, dbt, Kafka, or other modern data engineering tools.

·        Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, or similar GenAI platforms.

·        Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, or agentic AI frameworks.

·        Experience building production-grade RAG/LLM applications.

·        Knowledge of real estate data such as property, listings, transactions, mortgage, valuation, market, or customer data.
