Job Title: ServiceNow Developer–Architect

Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months

Required Experience

• 8+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow development and architecture expertise.
• Extensive experience developing custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, and integrations.
• Strong platform architecture knowledge including governance, standards, scalability, and best practices.
• Expert in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Service Portal, Studio, and UI Builder.
• Experience with CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITOM.
• Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server integrations.
• Experience performing code reviews, troubleshooting, platform optimization, and upgrade planning.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow security including ACLs, encryption, secure coding, and data protection.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Experience leading technical workshops and collaborating with business and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in FedRAMP, Government Cloud, or other highly regulated environments.

Required Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required
• ITIL Foundation – Required
• ServiceNow CIS – Preferred
• CTA, CMA, or Security+ – Nice to have
