Digital Practice Lead - Water & Environment

What you'll do

As our Digital Practice Leader for Water and Environment, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how digital and AI transform one of Aurecon's most important growth markets. Combining deep sector knowledge with digital leadership, you'll help our clients tackle some of the most complex challenges facing communities today.

• Lead Aurecon's digital and AI agenda across the Water and Environment market, turning strategy into impactful client outcomes.
• Partner with clients and project teams to embed digital, data, automation and AI solutions across the asset lifecycle.
• Shape major pursuits and strategic engagements by delivering innovative digital solutions that differentiate Aurecon in the market.
• Drive adoption of digital tools and ways of working that improve project outcomes, efficiency and connected delivery.
• Build market capability, trusted client relationships and new digital service offerings that accelerate growth and innovation.

What you'll bring

• Water and/or Environment sector experience, with a strong understanding of industry challenges, opportunities and emerging trends.
• Proven success applying digital, data, automation and AI to deliver better outcomes for clients, projects and communities.
• Credibility with senior clients and stakeholders, with the ability to influence strategy and shape innovative solutions.
• Experience leading digital transformation, innovation or technology-enabled change within complex engineering or infrastructure environments.
• Strong commercial, leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a passion for innovation and building scalable, future-focused solutions.
