Sr. Solution Architect - Onshore:
1. Must of 15+ years of Functional Consulting experience in D365 F&O
2. Experience: End-to-End Solution Design, Functional & Tech Bridging, Integration Strategy
3. Domain: Finance & Manufacturing experience will be preferred, will be playing across modules
4. Tech Experience: D365 operating in Azure ecosystem, Azure services, APIs, Dataverse, and integration frameworks
5. Great communication skills

Lead SCM Functional Consultant Onshore:
1. Must of 13+ years of D365 Finance & Operations to drive end-to-end supply chain implementations
2. This role will oversee critical modules including Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS), Sales & Order Management, Master Planning (MRP), Production Control and Transportation Management.
3. 10+ years of hands-on experience with D365 F&O SCM modules
4. Proven track record in client-facing SCM solution delivery, working directly with US based customers.

Technical Architect Onshore:
1. Architecture Design Define system architecture, extension strategies (avoiding over-layering), customization approaches, and coding standards.
2. Integration Architecture Design integration strategies for connecting D365 with external ERPs (SAP, Oracle), third-party applications, payment gateways, and logistics systems. Decide on REST APIs vs Service Bus, real-time vs batch, and middleware vs direct integration. Exposure to SPS Commerce Integration is an advantage.
3. Data Strategy Define data migration approaches using DMF and Data Entities. Design data models ensuring consistency, scalability, and high-performance underload.
4. Development Governance Establish coding standards, review code, and enforce best practices. Identify and resolve performance issues, security flaws, and poor design patterns.
5. Performance Optimization Tune batch jobs, queries, and data entities. Proactively identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance before go-live.
6. DevOps & Deployment Set up CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. Manage environments (Dev, UAT, Prod) and oversee release management.
7. Security Architecture Define roles, privileges, and access policies. Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.
