Job Description

Job Role: Generative AI Architect & Agent Engineer
Location: Northville, MI
Duration: Long -Term
 
Highly experienced, hands-on AI Engineer to build intelligent agents for The client’s Inspection Automation initiative. The solution will analyze complex documents, extract relevant information, evaluate findings, and generate accurate, explainable scores.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering multiple production-grade AI solutions
  • Deep expertise in RAG, LLM-powered chatbots, document extraction, and custom AI agents
  • Experience designing document review, scoring, and decision-support workflows
  • Strong knowledge of AI deployment, monitoring, security, and governance
  • Ability to produce traceable, explainable, and auditable AI outputs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to train and transfer knowledge to Client team members
