The Role

• Lead and manage the store team, including supporting the deputy store manager.
• Oversee the store's appearance, including managing the ordering process, implementing presentation guidelines, and handling daily operational tasks.
• Take responsibility for personnel management, including creating work schedules and fostering employee development.
• Participate in the recruitment process to build and strengthen the store team.
• Collaborate with regional management to discuss performance, results, and store development strategies.

What You'll Need

• A completed vocational training, with a preference for experience in a similar retail management role.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a high level of responsibility.
• Strong communication skills to motivate the team and provide constructive feedback.
• Availability for 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to undergo an 8-week comprehensive onboarding program in a training store.
