About Ecosurety
Ecosurety exists to rid the world of unnecessary packaging.
We believe in a future where every brand has the data and market insights to make smart, sustainable packaging decisions. To make that vision a reality, we enable the world's leading brands to make smart and sustainable packaging decisions through our intelligence platform and deep regulatory expertise.
We're at an exciting stage of growth, expanding our capabilities, investing in technology and developing new ways to support our customers in a rapidly changing regulatory landscape.
With around 100 colleagues and ambitious plans for the future, we're building a business where talented people can do meaningful work, challenge convention and create real-world impact.
The Opportunity
Help some of the UK's biggest brands navigate one of the most significant environmental regulatory changes in a generation.
We're looking for a Data Specialist to play a critical role in delivering high-quality packaging and compliance data services that help organisations meet increasingly complex environmental obligations.
From Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and Plastic Packaging Tax requirements to emerging international regulations, our customers rely on accurate data and expert insight to make informed decisions and remain compliant.
You'll work at the intersection of data, regulation and customer delivery, transforming complex datasets into meaningful outputs that directly support business decisions, compliance submissions and sustainability outcomes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and working with data that genuinely makes a difference.
Why Join Now?
The packaging industry is undergoing unprecedented change.
As regulations evolve and demand for better environmental data increases, organisations need trusted partners who can help them understand, manage and act on complex information.
At Ecosurety, data sits at the heart of that challenge.
You'll join a growing, purpose-led organisation where your work directly influences how major brands respond to sustainability challenges while helping shape the future of our own data services and capabilities.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver Critical Compliance Data
Collect, validate and process packaging and compliance-related data to support accurate and timely regulatory submissions for customers across the UK and internationally.
Transform Complex Data
Use tools such as Excel, Power BI, Alteryx and internal systems to clean, analyse and standardise data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency, quality and reliability.
Support Industry-Leading Brands
Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand data requirements, solve challenges and ensure compliance obligations are met.
Improve Processes and Methodologies
Develop and enhance tools, templates and processes that improve efficiency, scalability and data quality across the business.
Provide Insight and Recommendations
Help translate complex datasets into clear findings, recommendations and actionable insights that support decision-making for both clients and internal teams.
Collaborate Across Teams
Partner with Client Services, Account Managers and subject matter experts to deliver excellent outcomes for customers while ensuring submissions meet regulatory requirements.
Build Expertise
Develop specialist knowledge in key compliance areas, becoming a trusted source of expertise that supports both colleagues and customers.
Drive Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve data quality, accuracy and reporting while contributing to the development of new services and data-led solutions.
