Chief Engineer

Residence Inn Hartford Windsor, a Marriott extended-stay hotel, is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead all property engineering and maintenance operations. This on-site leader oversees HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for guests and associates. Responsibilities include supervising the maintenance team, executing preventive maintenance programs, coordinating vendors and inspections, and ensuring code compliance. The Chief Engineer partners with hotel leadership on budgeting and capital projects while upholding Marriott standards of guest-focused service, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
