The client seeks a Senior OCM Manager to lead end-to-end change management for a strategic automotive transformation program.

The role will partner with client business and IT teams, Field DSPMs, dealers, program teams, and implementation partners to drive readiness, adoption, and a seamless transition across pilots, rollout, and stabilization.

The candidate should own and synchronize the overall program OCM strategy and integrated change management plan across client, dealers, field teams, and implementation partners, and conduct change impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments.

Identify adoption risks, affected roles, process impacts, and mitigation actions
Minimum years of experience: 10+ years
Education: BE
