MUST HAVE ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE OR HIGHER DUE TO FEDERAL PROJECT
Analyze and document business processes and translate federal client requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify process gaps, improvement opportunities, and automation requirements.
Develop process maps, user stories, business requirements, and functional specifications aligned with ServiceNow capabilities.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business, compliance, and operational needs.
Support process optimization, UAT, change management, and successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions across the federal client environment.
