Job description

MUST HAVE ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE OR HIGHER DUE TO FEDERAL PROJECT

  • Analyze and document business processes and translate federal client requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.

  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify process gaps, improvement opportunities, and automation requirements.

  • Develop process maps, user stories, business requirements, and functional specifications aligned with ServiceNow capabilities.

  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business, compliance, and operational needs.
