MuleSoft L2 SRE (Observability) Developer

Required Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Experience developing and supporting MuleSoft applications using Mule 4 / Anypoint Studio.
Strong knowledge of Anypoint Runtime Manager, API Manager, Anypoint Monitoring, and CloudHub.
Strong experience in L2 production support and incident troubleshooting.
5+ years of MuleSoft experience, preferably with significant production support experience.
2+ years of L2 production support / SRE / observability experience preferred.
Experience supporting high-volume, business-critical enterprise integration platforms.
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work effectively with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
