Job title: Contact Center Developer with Connect AI agents Location: Saint Johns, FL / Corpus Christi, TX / Any Client location (Onsite)

- We need a Senior Developer hands-on who can build Connect AI agents for existing Amazon Connect /Lex implementation.
- Minimum experience of building AI agents (within Amazon Connect) 2 years.
- Minimum experience with Amazon Connect/ Lex 5 years
- Design, build, and support Contact Center solutions, with a strong focus on cloud-based customer experience platforms.
- Develop and customize Amazon Connect integrations, call flows, reporting, and omnichannel capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing contact center solutions.
