What you'll build:

* Autonomous AI agents for governance, monitoring and compliance

* Intelligent model routing that cuts LLM spend without losing quality

* AI observability: telemetry, guardrails, caching and spend controls

* Executive dashboards that show AI adoption, ROI and business value

What you bring:

* 8+ years in Software / Cloud / Data / AI-ML engineering

* 3+ years hands-on with GenAI or Agentic AI

* LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel

* Multi-LLM: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock

* Strong Python, plus Azure / AWS / Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes
