The Role

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within commercial sectors.
• Conduct thorough property inspections to identify pest issues.
• Develop and present strategic pest management solutions to clients.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with commercial customers.
• Utilize provided technology (iPad) for sales agreements and client management.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective prospecting and lead follow-up.

What You'll Need

• No prior industry experience required; extensive training provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain necessary pesticide licenses (company sponsored).
• Capacity to work independently in client environments.
• Willingness to meet physical demands, including ladder use and confined space access.
