The Role

• Combine academic study for a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel Management with hands-on experience in various hotel departments.
• Gain practical skills in Front Office & Reservations, Food & Beverage service, Housekeeping, and Revenue & Sales.
• Learn about Backoffice & Administration, including purchasing and reporting.
• Participate in your own projects and take on responsibilities from day one.
• Opportunity for an international internship in one of the company's European hotels.

What You'll Need

• General University Entrance Qualification, Technical College Entrance Qualification, or equivalent qualifications.
• Very good written and spoken English skills.
• High level of flexibility, teamwork, and resilience.
• Positive attitude, engagement, and enjoyment in interacting with guests.
• Previous experience in the hotel industry or willingness to complete a pre-internship.
• Willingness to travel to Munich for study phases.
