Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Conversational AI, Virtual Agent, Chatbot, Bot Development, or Contact Center AI platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Cognigy.AI and NICE CXone / NICE Mpower Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of NLP, NLU, intent/entity design, dialogue management, and conversational design.
• Experience with voice bot / chatbot design for customer service and contact center workflows.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Python, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and XML.
• Exposure to GenAI / LLM platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI GPT, or Vertex AI.
• Cognigy.AI Platform.
• NICE CXone / NICE Mpower / Agentic AI.
• NICE CXone Studio, Digital Experience, Agent Assist, Knowledge AI.
• REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, XML.
• JavaScript, Node.js, Python.
• Salesforce Agent Voice, ServiceNow, CRM integrations.
• Azure OpenAI / OpenAI GPT / GenAI / LLM platforms.
• Git, DevOps, CI/CD tools.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Cognigy.AI and NICE CXone Agentic AI conversational solutions.
• Build and maintain flows, intents, entities, context management, business logic, and dialogue orchestration.
• Develop AI-powered virtual agents for voice and digital customer interaction channels.
• Integrate Cognigy.AI with NICE CXone, Salesforce Agent Voice, ServiceNow, CRM, knowledge bases, and enterprise systems.
• Configure Agent Assist, Knowledge AI, virtual agents, and AI-powered customer journeys.
• Develop API/middleware components.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, tuning, deployment, and production support.
• Work with architects.
