Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Snowflake DBT Architect to join our engineering team supporting a leading retail client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and implementing modern cloud data platforms using Snowflake and dbt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines using Snowflake and dbt.
• Build scalable ELT/ETL solutions for enterprise data platforms.
• Develop and maintain dbt models, transformations, and testing frameworks.
• Optimize Snowflake performance, storage, and query efficiency.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions.
• Implement data quality, governance, and best practices.
• Support production deployments and troubleshoot data-related issues.

Required Qualifications:

• 10 15 years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt.
• Expertise in SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience building cloud-based data engineering solutions.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT methodologies and performance tuning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the Retail domain.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and version control tools.
