Onsite Workplace Services Lead - Melbourne

AGL Energy is seeking a proactive Workplace Services Coordinator for the Melbourne office, 5 days a week onsite. You will coach and guide team members, support the Workplace Services Manager, and collaborate with the Property & Security Services teams to ensure a smooth, efficient workplace.

In this hands-on role you'll handle inquiries, drive improvements in internal processes, and assist with remote sites as needed, while maintaining a focus on inclusivity and a positive work environment.
