Position : Litigation eDiscovery Analyst Location : Cleveland, OH (Fully Remote)
Employment Type : Full Time
Position Overview: Our client, an established law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation eDiscovery Analyst to support complex litigation matters. This role manages electronic evidence, applies advanced RelativityOne tools, and works closely with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate, secure, and timely results. Flexibility is required for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and workweeks exceeding 40 hours when litigation deadlines demand it.
Key Responsibilities: - Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into effective data workflows. - Use Relativity One analytics, artificial intelligence, and scripts to improve review efficiency and resolve workspace challenges. - Manage electronic evidence from intake and processing through loading, production, and archival. - Configure and maintain Relativity One case databases; provide basic and advanced user support. - Perform quality control of data and deliverables, resolving accuracy and consistency issues. - Protect confidential information with secure storage, chain-of-custody records, and activity tracking.
Qualifications: - 5+ years of litigation support experience using Relativity and advanced analytics in a law firm or eDiscovery service provider. - Advanced Relativity One proficiency, including workspace management, analytics, and scripting. - Working knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and ACEDS principles. - Experience in electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking. - Microsoft Office proficiency, including spreadsheet manipulation; strong analytical judgment, communication, and attention to detail. - High school diploma or equivalent.
