In this role, you'll:

  • Build visually compelling dashboards, data products and analytics solutions that help shape decisions across one of Australia's largest transport networks.
  • Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive better customer, operational and business outcomes.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to solve real business problems using modern analytics and data storytelling techniques.
  • Design and develop scalable data models, reporting solutions and visualisations that become trusted sources of insight for decision-makers.
  • Work with contemporary technologies and explore new ways of delivering value through automation, advanced analytics and self-service reporting.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement while delivering work that impacts millions of customer journeys every year.
  • You have strong Tableau development experience and can create intuitive, impactful dashboards that users genuinely enjoy using.
  • You bring solid SQL and data modelling skills, with a good understanding of how to structure data for performance, scalability and insight generation.
  • You're comfortable working with Python and are excited by opportunities to automate processes, enhance analytics capabilities and build innovative data solutions.
  • Experience with Streamlit, data applications or modern analytics technologies will be highly regarded.
  • You enjoy working with a diverse range of stakeholders and can confidently translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes.
  • You're curious, proactive and always looking for better ways to use data, technology and visualisation to create value.
