Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science engineering experience
• Experience designing and deploying production AI systems
• Advanced knowledge of Databricks ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and Generative AI applications
• Strong Python development experience
• SQL expertise
• Experience implementing MLOps best practices
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with AWS Bedrock
• MLflow expertise
• Knowledge of Unity Catalog
• Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Domo
• Previous experience serving as a technical lead or principal engineer
• Master's degree in a technical discipline
