Job Description

Job Title - RTMDSv3 Level 3 Support Engineer
Experience - 10+ years
Location - New York, NY / Jersey City, NJ
Hire Type - Fulltime (Onsite)
  • Provide Level 3 production support for RTMDSv3, a strategic real-time market data distribution platform supporting global financial customers.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues involving RTDS software, configurations, infrastructure, hardware, inventory, and production deployments.
  • Strong expertise in financial market data and products including RTDS ADH, ADS, DACS, and ATS.
  • Administer and maintain RHEL/Linux environments with advanced Shell scripting and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Develop automation using Python, Rundeck, and scripting to support large-scale infrastructure delivery.
  • Manage production platform standards, patching, monitoring, configuration, and infrastructure compliance.
  • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and market data network issues in collaboration with network teams.
  • Build and maintain infrastructure inventories and support stable RTMDS architecture.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Development, QE, and Operations teams to resolve production issues and improve reliability.
  • Utilize ServiceNow, Jira, Git, and DX1 for workflow and development activities.
  • Nice-to-have experience with HPE Synergy, HPE OneView, ITRS, and BigPanda.
  • Mentor L2/L3 teams, document procedures, develop monitoring, and provide technical leadership.
