iOS Developer (Minimum 2 Year)

Responsibilities

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Design client side and server side architecture
• Build the front end of applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well functioning databases and applications
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Write technical documentation
• Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
• Familiarity with common stacks and databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with web servers (e.g., Apache) and UI/UX design
• Experience working on AWS is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Building interactive consumer data from multiple systems and RESTfully abstract to the UI through a Node.js backend
• Define code architecture decisions to support a high performance and scalable product with a minimal footprint
• Address and improve any technical issues
• Collaborate well with engineers, researchers, and data implementation specialists to design and create advanced, elegant and efficient systems
• Write technical documentation
• In depth knowledge of NodeJS, ExpressJS or Restify
• Experience implementing applications using Angular or React
• Experience creating front end applications using HTML5, Angular, LESS/SASS
• Experience with modern frameworks and design patterns; minimum one year experience with MEAN Full stack paradigm
• Consumer Web Development Experience for High Traffic, Public Facing web applications
• Experience with cloud technologies is a plus
• Continuous integration (Jenkins/Hudson) and version control (SVN, Git)
• Developing new user facing features using React.js
• Building reusable components and front end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (e.g., Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

• PHP 5+, MySQL, JS, XHTML, CSS, AJAX & JSON is a must
• MVC Frameworks, CakePHP, Magento, Joomla & Drupal will be preferred

• Commitment to documentation and maintainable code
• Excellent knowledge of data structures, SDLC, HTTP, RDBMS and PHP/MySQL concepts
• Good knowledge of PHP fundamentals, web applications and multimedia technologies
• BE/BTech/ME/MTech degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Working experience in iOS development
• Have published one or more iOS apps in the app store
• A deep familiarity with Objective C and Cocoa Touch
• Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text
• Experience with third party libraries and APIs
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
• Working experience in Android development
• Have published at least one original Android app
• Experience with Android SDK
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON

• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
