Experience leading or overseeing enterprise web initiatives, including coordinating projects, implementing web technologies, establishing best practices, and providing technical guidance or supervision to technical staff.

Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in computer science, web development, information technology or a similarly related major. Qualifying experience beyond the minimum required may substitute for education.

Knowledge of web administration principles, web application architecture and enterprise web technologies.

Knowledge of web servers, content management systems, web accessibility standards including WCAG/Section 508, and web security best practices.

Knowledge of programming and scripting languages, database concepts and software development methodologies.

Skill administering, troubleshooting and optimizing enterprise websites and web applications; analyzing business requirements and implementing technical solutions; and managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines while providing technical leadership.

Ability to design, develop, test, implement and maintain complex web applications and websites; lead technical projects; establish web standards; oversee technical staff; and communicate complex technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
