Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to design, build, scale, and maintain secure, highly available cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes/GKE, Terraform, FluxCD, Helm, CI/CD, and observability tools.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
Manage and optimize GKE Kubernetes clusters, including networking, security, and workload orchestration.
Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using FluxCD to enable declarative and automated deployments.
Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
Develop and maintain deployment workflows using Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests.
Collaborate with development teams to streamline and improve CI/CD pipelines.
Configure, manage, and monitor Elasticsearch and Grafana for observability and system monitoring.
Support and optimize workflows orchestrated through Cloud Composer (Apache Airflow).
Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking, and application issues across the technology stack.
Continuously improve automation, reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on proficiency with Kubernetes, preferably Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.
Hands-on experience with GitOps, especially FluxCD.
Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform cloud architecture and services.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and observability tools.
Strong understanding of cloud and Kubernetes networking fundamentals.
Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure and application issues.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Google Cloud Composer / Apache Airflow.
Programming experience with Python and/or .NET.
Experience developing and maintaining Helm charts.
Familiarity with SRE best practices.
Knowledge of cloud and Kubernetes security best practices.
