The Role • Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to maximize sales opportunities. • Build displays and end caps, and reset shelves with product rotation. • Track inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management. • Engage with shoppers to understand and meet their needs. • Collaborate with store and supplier teams to enhance product presence. What You'll Need • Be 18 years or older. • Ability to perform physical tasks including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. • Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner. • Reliable transportation to and from work locations. • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • Motivated self-starter with a strong performance orientation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
