Operations Developer (SQL & Data Analysis)

Role Overview

We're looking for an analytical Operations Developer with strong SQL and data investigation skills to support operational processes, troubleshoot issues, and derive actionable insights from large datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and operational issues.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
• Perform root cause analysis for production and operational incidents.
• Partner with Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Validate data integrity and support reconciliation activities.
• Recommend process improvements and operational efficiencies based on data findings.
• Document issue resolutions, findings, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Operations Support, Data Analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong SQL skills, including joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.
• Experience analyzing complex datasets and investigating data-related issues.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience with SQL Server, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Work Schedule

• Must be available to work during EST/ET business hours (typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST/ET) and provide operational support as required
