Senior Shutdown Admin & Cost Control (Casual)

UGL Pty Limited is seeking a Senior Administrator to support the AMPOL Turnaround team in Australia, starting ASAP with an expected end in October. The role focuses on daily administration, mobilisation, workforce support, workpack management and timekeeping throughout the shutdown.

You will work with site leadership and crews, manage timesheets and onboarding, coordinate travel logistics and support cost control efforts as the turnaround evolves.
