Manufacturing AI Specialist

Job Title: Manufacturing AI Specialist
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma (REQUIRED)
Successful candidates must be able to provide proof of ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. This position is not open to corp-to-corp, subcontractor or independent consulting arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the AI program for outreach, education, and application within our partner's organization.
• Work directly with clients to assess, educate, and integrate AI tools into manufacturing environments of small to medium-sized companies.
• Collaborate with internal teams or external service providers to develop required AI solutions.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate AI tools, facilitating their deployment and integration.
• Contribute to the growth and sustainability of the AI program, assuming increasing management duties as the program expands.
• Coordinate with Extension Agents, Central Office personnel, and Manufacturing Specialists to promote AI initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• Five years of related work experience in manufacturing, plant operations, industrial training, and relationship sales or account management.
• Ability to interact positively with clients and internal staff, establishing rapport and professional relationships.
• Experience working across all levels of manufacturing organizations, from shop floor to C-Suite executives.
• Strong communication and development skills to expand departmental initiatives.
• Knowledge or experience with AI tools and applications in manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
