Hybrid Dementia Care Training Facilitator

Dementia Support Australia is seeking a Workshop Facilitator to design, deliver, and evaluate educational programs for staff, caregivers and stakeholders involved in dementia care.

You will build capacity, enhance relationship-based care, and contribute to a supportive learning environment across hospital to home or residential care transitions. The role offers hybrid work, professional development, and opportunities to advance within our dementia care initiatives.
