Data Manager - Senior 117-124 with Security Clearance

Senior Data Manager Education and Experience Required: * 10+ years of personnel management experience, excellent communication skills, and keen problem-solving ability. * Extensive technical project management experience, independently initiating and driving projects to completion, and experience solving strategic problems. * 4+ years of experience performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, developing visualizations, and processing complex data to create data-driven insights. * Experience with data manipulation, extract, transform, load (ETL) procedures, and a working knowledge of database technologies. * Experience managing databases, data pipelines and working with cloud architectures. * 2+ years of experience working with large, complex geospatial data files and formats * Prior geospatial analysis/NGA experience Desired: * Experience using Agile/SAFe methodologies * Experience with NGA enterprise technology systems, such as NGA CORE and MLOps * GEOINT Professional Certification - Fundamentals (GPC-F) * Experience working with AI/ML technologies applied to geospatial data.
