Our Hume team is looking for an experienced Asphalt Foreman to join the crew. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows asphalt, can lead from the front and enjoys working alongside their crew to get the job done safely and efficiently.

What you'll bring

• Strong experience working within an asphalt crew
• Previous experience as a Foreman, Leading Hand or senior crew member highly regarded
• Ability to lead, support and coordinate a crew on site
• Sound knowledge of asphalt paving and associated plant and equipment
• Ability to plan daily works and keep the crew moving efficiently
• Strong commitment to safety and Zero Harm
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid White Card – essential
• HR Licence preferred
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts
• Certificate II or III in Civil Construction advantageous
• Most importantly, a hands-on leadership style and willingness to work alongside the crew
