- Strong hands-on experience with EPIC implementation
- Technical implementation expertise within the EPIC ecosystem
- Experience supporting EPIC technical implementations, integrations, configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment
- Ability to work as a technical SME and guide implementation teams
- Strong understanding of EPIC architecture and technical components
- Experience with EPIC interfaces/integrations and downstream/upstream systems
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
