The Role • Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions. • Prepare accurate insurance quotes and advise customers on appropriate coverage options. • Convert quotes into new policies, contributing directly to company growth. • Build strong customer rapport without relying on cold calling. • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. • Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs. What You'll Need • Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written). • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. • Two years of prior sales, professional office, or call center experience; an associate's degree or higher will also be considered. • Solid computer proficiency and excellent multi-tasking abilities. • The capacity to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume call center setting. • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
