Quick Overview
Job Description
We’re looking for a commercially minded, proactive and personable Senior HR Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment for a 6–12 month FTC.
This is an exciting time to join this global business as they are going through a significant period of transformation. Working closely with senior leaders across the corporate functions, you’ll play a key role in supporting them and their teams through change, helping to win hearts and minds and ensuring the people agenda supports the wider direction of the business.
We’re looking for an accomplished HR partner – someone who can think strategically, quickly build credibility with senior stakeholders and provide thoughtful coaching and challenge, but who is equally happy to roll their sleeves up and get involved in the day-to-day. Whether that’s navigating a complex ER issue, supporting organisational change, developing leadership capability or helping a manager work through a tricky people challenge, you’ll be comfortable moving between the strategic and operational.
You’ll need to be pacy, resilient and confident operating in an evolving environment where priorities can shift. Building strong relationships will be key. You’ll know how to connect with different stakeholders, understand what makes them tick and bring them with you through periods of change.
A big part of the role will also be coaching, leading and mentoring managers, helping to upskill leaders and build greater confidence and capability across the business.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Are an experienced Senior HR Business Partner with a strong generalist background
- Have worked within large, fast-paced, complex and changing organisations (ideally a Global business)
- Can operate strategically while remaining genuinely hands-on
- Have strong ER experience and are comfortable handling complex people matters
- Are confident coaching, challenging and influencing senior stakeholders
- Have experience supporting transformation and organisational change
- Can quickly build trust, credibility and strong relationships
- Are proactive, resilient and comfortable working in ambiguity
- Enjoy developing and upskilling leaders rather than simply providing the answers
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join at a genuinely interesting point in the organisation’s journey, make an impact quickly and help leaders and their teams successfully navigate a period of transformation.
The role is initially being offered on a 6–12 month fixed-term contract.
