As our IT Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise ICT projects, working across diverse stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver innovative, secure, and sustainable technology solutions.

Employment Type: Permanent, Part Time 0.8FTE

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the successful delivery of complex ICT projects from initiation through to implementation and transition
• Managing project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and governance activities
• Building strong relationships with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders
• Driving business process improvements and translating business requirements into practical technology solutions
• Overseeing procurement, vendor management and contract administration
• Ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, compliance and data governance requirements
• Supporting organisational change and user adoption to maximise project benefits and successful outcomes
• Providing clear and professional reporting to senior leadership and governance committees

What We're Looking For

• A current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
• Strong project management expertise across governance, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience managing vendors, procurement activities, and third-party service providers
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Sound understanding of information security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements
