Description: 
Client is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Lead to support a large-scale SAP transformation with a specific focus on Source to Pay (STP). Candidates must have deep, demonstrated SAP Source to Pay experience. General SAP OCM experience with only limited exposure to STP will not be sufficient for this position.
 
Extensive OCM leadership experience supporting large-scale SAP/ERP transformations, ideally including SAP S/4HANA, with significant experience specifically focused on Source to Pay (STP).
Proven experience developing and executing comprehensive OCM strategies, including change impact analysis, stakeholder impact assessments, organizational readiness, transition planning, and adoption strategies.
Experience creating and managing change networks and champion programs while driving leadership alignment and stakeholder engagement across all organizational levels.
Strong background developing change communication strategies, executive toolkits, targeted messaging, and engagement plans for complex transformation programs.
Experience defining OCM governance frameworks and creating or contributing to training and enablement strategies aligned with business and technology changes.
Ability to manage readiness assessments, management toolkits, adoption metrics, change risks, mitigation plans, and other OCM deliverables throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Demonstrated experience leading multiple large-scale business and technology-enabled change initiatives, preferably within global organizations, with the ability to collaborate effectively across client and consulting teams.
Important: This role requires substantial SAP Source to Pay experience as a primary area of focus. Candidates whose experience is spread across multiple SAP functional areas with only limited STP exposure will not meet the requirement.
