Role Title: PSO Team Lead
Location: Barrow in Furness, Cumbria/Hybrid 40% onsite
Duration: 04/05/2027
Clearance: MUST BE SC CLEARED (active)

Description
Experienced PMO Lead required to support and supervise the PSOs with their activities as below.

Carry out project start-up activities:

  • Raise eMonitoring/project code requests
  • Set up project folders and ensure PO, Proposal and FA are copied there
  • Arrange for set up in client area
  • Arrange, attend and document minutes for the Sales to Delivery Handover within the required timescale and provide support to the EM for this process
  • Create Resource Tracker
  • Support EMs with Project artefacts (Resource Tracker, Project Workbook)
  • Meet with EMs on a regular basis (minimum fortnightly) using the EM 1-1 agenda
  • Support EMs as required for eMonitoring:
  • Update new eMonitoring record with forecast, client orders, PfOs according to the BCS
  • Ensure all CRs added
  • Check with EM that forecasting rates are correct
  • Pre-M Checklist can be used to review/discuss
  • Provide a monthly compliance report to each EM
  • Attend and document minutes for the monthly Steering Boards
  • Carry out Compliance Reviews for each project on a monthly basis
