Job Description

This isn't your typical sales role. It's a unique opportunity to combine your plumbing expertise, industry relationships and commercial mindset to help shape product adoption, support customers in the field, deliver technical training and influence the future of our products. You'll be the go to technical expert for plumbers, merchants and internal teams, helping solve real world installation challenges while building strong industry advocacy for our iconic brands - Caroma, Methven and Clark.
What you'll be doing- Providing hands on technical support and troubleshooting for plumbers across Victoria
- Building strong relationships with plumbing contractors, maintenance plumbers, merchants and industry stakeholders
- Delivering engaging technical training and product demonstrations to plumbers and internal sales teams
- Acting as the voice of the plumber, providing valuable market insights back into the business
- Supporting the resolution of product quality and installation issues
- Growing a portfolio of key maintenance plumbers and helping drive demand for our products
- Partnering closely with the sales team on customer visits and commercial opportunities
- Keeping abreast of changing industry standards, regulations and best practice to ensure we remain ahead of the curve
We're looking for someone who is respected within the plumbing industry and enjoys building genuine relationships.
- A plumbing trade qualification and hands on experience "on the tools"
- Strong technical plumbing knowledge, including current building and plumbing standards
- Established industry networks and credibility within the Victorian market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A practical, solutions focused approach to problem solving
- The confidence to engage with everyone from apprentices and plumbers through to merchants and business leaders
- A genuine passion for helping customers and sharing your expertise
