Job Summary
Lead the design and implementation of Reltio MDM solutions to deliver trusted golden records across the real estate value chain. The role requires strong expertise in company/entity matching, data modelling, and integration to improve data quality and reduce duplicates.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of Reltio MDM solutions
  • Architect and tune company matching logic, including match rules, cleanse functions, tokenization, and survivorship
  • Configure Reltio entity models and relationships (e.g., parent-subsidiary, account hierarchies), reference data (RDM), and data quality rules for corporate legal entity data
  • Integrate external enrichment and matching sources such as D&B DUNS, LEI, ZoomInfo, and other firmographic providers
  • Build integrations using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), REST APIs, and connectors to CRM, ERP, lease, and property systems
  • Define and optimize match and merge thresholds; manage false positives/negatives
  • Govern manual data steward workflows for ambiguous company matches
  • Provide technical leadership by mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and enforcing MDM best practices
  • Perform performance tuning across environments (Dev, Test, Prod)
  • Collaborate with data architects, business stakeholders, and data stewards to translate requirements into scalable, governed solutions
  • Ensure data security, role-based access, audit controls, and compliance with GDPR and data privacy standards
Required Skills
  • Reltio MDM (mandatory)
  • Strong expertise in company/entity matching
  • Java, Groovy, JSON, SQL
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) and REST API development
Preferred Skills
  • Reltio certification
  • Experience in the real estate domain
Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in entity matching and data quality optimization
  • Strong understanding of data governance and MDM best practices
