SCOPE ~60% Cisco wireless - 9800 controller and AP fleet, Catalyst Center, wireless security, RF design, client troubleshooting, Wi-Fi scorecard. ~25% Cisco SD-WAN - 670+ site footprint: WAN Edge onboarding, policy and segmentation, branch turn-up, on-call. ~15% core networking - campus LAN and routing, ISE, DNS/DHCP, Ivanti change and CMDB discipline.

FIRST-YEAR OUTCOMES 90 days - controller/AP health baseline; all open wireless TAC cases driven to root cause. 6 months - Tangible WiFi stability improvements, consolidations done; telemetry verified; Wi-Fi scorecard published. 9 months - Dallas and Ashburn hub wireless delivered on the RNB schedule; runbooks complete. 12 months - incident volume down vs. baseline; Chicago and Seattle done; SD-WAN backup coverage in place.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00/hr.
