Electrical Quality Assurance Engineer / Qualified Supervisor<br />North West / Field-Based We’re working with a growing national engineering business delivering electrical and FM projects across the UK, supporting major retail and commercial clients. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to hire an Electrical Quality Assurance Engineer to join their expanding QA team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced electrician with a strong testing background who’s looking to move off the tools into a more technical, quality-focused role.

The Role:

Carrying out on-site audits of electrical installations<br />Reviewing test certificates for compliance (BS7671 / NICEIC)<br />Ensuring works meet technical and safety standards<br />Supporting engineers with compliance and best practice<br />Identifying quality improvements across projects<br />Liaising with site teams and internal departments<br />Mixture of site visits, home working and occasional office timeWhat we’re looking for: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation<br />18th Edition<br />Inspection &amp; Testing (2391 or equivalent)<br />Strong background in commercial/industrial electrical work<br />Experience reviewing or signing off certification<br />Previous Qualified Supervisor experience (or keen to move into it)<br />Confident, communicative and comfortable working independentlyWhat’s on offer: Company vehicle<br />Flexible working (field-based with autonomy)<br />Clear progression within a growing QA function<br />Exposure to large, well-known national clients<br />Long-term stability within an expanding businessIf you’re a senior electrician or tester looking to take a step into quality and compliance, this is a strong opportunity to progress your career
