Job Title: Service Delivery Manager Salary: up to £65,000 p/a DOE (plus £5,000 car allowance) Location: Leeds (hybrid work available) We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Delivery Manager to take ownership of delivering high-quality IT services across a portfolio of clients. You'll act as the primary point of contact for service performance, ensuring contractual commitments are met, relationships remain strong, and service standards consistently exceed expectations. What you'll be doing:
Service Delivery Manager Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary contact for all service matters.<br />Lead regular service review meetings, monitor SLA and KPI performance, and present monthly service reports to customers.<br />Oversee contract management from transition to closure, ensuring obligations are understood and met by internal teams.<br />Identify and drive continual service improvement initiatives, working with internal teams and customers to enhance efficiency and minimise risk.<br />Manage escalations professionally and ensure swift resolution of service issues.<br />Oversee contract budgets, track P&L performance, and contribute to financial forecasting and margin improvement plans.<br />What you'll bring: Service Delivery Manager Proven experience in an IT Service Delivery Manager, Service Manager or similar customer-facing role.<br />Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.<br />Confidence managing escalations and navigating service-related challenges.<br />Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, profitability or P&L performance.<br />A proactive, improvement-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.
