The Role • Prepare insurance quotes and advise customers on appropriate coverage options. • Convert quotes into new policies through persuasive communication. • Build rapport with customers without making cold calls. • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and support. • Contribute to sales targets in a fast-paced environment. • Conduct initial customer consultations to understand their needs.
