NTP Teacher | Alnwick, United Kingdom | Hybrid | £28 - £35 per hour

We are seeking dedicated SEND Tutors and Teachers to join an impact-driven community committed to transforming the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs. The Role

  • Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science.
  • Support pupils from KS1 to KS5 with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and PMLD needs.
  • Plan and deliver trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
  • Work with local authorities and schools to support disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners.
  • Provide regular feedback on student progress and report for lessons.
  • Collaborate with a supportive SEND team to ensure the best outcomes for children.

What You'll Need

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
  • 2+ years of teaching experience, with experience in SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
  • Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
  • Enhanced DBS check (can be facilitated).
  • Right to work in the UK with 2+ professional references.
