Role Overview
We are looking for experienced AI/Fabric Consultants to support strategic Retail and CPG transformation initiatives. The role involves working closely with client stakeholders, field sales teams, and business leaders to build, optimize, and scale AI-powered solutions on Microsoft Fabric. This engagement is expected to be the foundation for multiple long-term programs across AI, Data, and Digital Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with business stakeholders to understand Retail/CPG processes and operational challenges.
- Participate in domain immersion and knowledge transfer sessions to understand retail execution, stock management, and demand planning workflows.
- Design, develop, and optimize AI-powered agents and intelligent applications on Microsoft Fabric.
- Collaborate with field sales, business users, and leadership teams to continuously improve solution accuracy, performance, and adoption.
- Measure and demonstrate business impact through performance improvements, operational efficiency gains, and user feedback.
- Support the implementation of enterprise AI platforms, Fabric-based data solutions, and intelligent automation initiatives.
- Contribute to AI governance, data quality, and best-practice frameworks.
- Partner with Microsoft and client executives during workshops, strategy sessions, and executive reviews.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric and AI solution development.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
- Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience building scalable data and AI platforms.
- Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, analytics, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience working in customer-facing consulting or solution delivery roles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Retail, CPG, Sales Operations, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain domains.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud platform engineering.
- Experience with Data Governance, Data Quality, Medallion Architecture, Ontology Modeling, and Fabric IQ.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale AI transformation programs and intelligent agent ecosystems.
- Experience collaborating with Microsoft ecosystem teams and enterprise customers.
Success Criteria
- Deliver measurable improvements in AI solution accuracy, performance, and business adoption.
- Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Successfully scale AI/Fabric initiatives into broader transformation programs across Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Operations.
- Drive successful execution of strategic AI and data modernization engagements.
