167 Solutions is recruiting a Salesforce Developer on behalf of an established organisation in Birmingham looking to strengthen its Salesforce capability with an experienced hands-on developer.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Salesforce professional who enjoys building scalable solutions, enhancing user experiences, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver business-critical Salesforce projects.

Working onsite as part of a collaborative technology team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce applications, supporting business transformation initiatives, and driving platform improvements.

The Role

As a Salesforce Developer, you will:

• Develop, customise and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud.
• Design and build Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components and integrations.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support platform enhancements, releases and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practice and governance standards.
• Collaborate with administrators, business analysts and wider technology teams.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong Apex development experience.
• Experience configuring and developing within Sales Cloud.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification or relevant Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) is advantageous.
• Understanding of Salesforce security, data models and automation tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Desirable

• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.
• Knowledge of Salesforce release management and deployment processes.
• Additional Salesforce certifications.
