Job Title: Agile Scrum Master – Oracle Cloud CPQ
Location: Irving, TX 75039 (Preferred Onsite | Hybrid Considered)
Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master with strong Oracle Cloud CPQ implementation experience to lead Agile delivery for enterprise CPQ projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Scrum ceremonies, Oracle CPQ implementations, Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, Jira/Azure DevOps, and cross-functional stakeholder management. Experience coordinating CPQ, CRM, ERP, and integration teams is highly preferred.

Required Skills

8–10+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud CPQ and Agile/Scrum delivery.

Hands-on experience with end-to-end Oracle CPQ implementations.

Strong knowledge of Lead-to-Quote (L2Q) and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.

Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile metrics.

Proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps.

Experience working with CPQ integrations, Oracle ERP, CRM, REST APIs, and OIC.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.

Preferred: CSM/SAFe certification and experience with large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP/CRM transformation programs.
